How To Use Our Service

Making an Online Booking is easy. Just sign in as a member, making sure that you have given us your active e-mail address, and complete our reservation form. As soon as we receive your request, it is our policy to process all booking steps within 5 working days (not including Sat., Sun. & Public Holidays).
Please make sure that all the booking details are correct so as to avoid problems during check-in. Important points are the number of adults and number of children, which intend to occupy the room, the nationalities involved, the ages of the children, etc. Please also make sure that the names you write on the reservation form are identical with the ones given in the travel passports.

 

Children’s Rates

We do not have any special rates for children. Sometimes, if space allows, we do allow children under the age of 12 to stay in the same room as their parents at a small additional charge. An additional bed is then provided. Cots can be provided for children under the age of 2.

 

Confirmation

After you have placed an order to reserve a room and successfully paid for your order online by credit card, we will confirm your reservation by sending you a hotel voucher by email. Please print this voucher and show it to the receptionist when you check-in. Please note that, even when a reservation has been confirmed, there are rare occasions when the requested type of room is not available. In this case, if it is possible, we shall reserve an alternate type of room at a different price.

 

Cancellation Policies

You may cancel a confirmed reservation (for which you have received a voucher) by using our Cancellation Form. When a reservation is cancelled, the following charges will be applied.

 

• If the notification of cancellation is received at least 3 working days (not including Sat., Sun. & public holidays) prior to the check-in date, then your payment will be refunded except for the Order Service Charge and the Credit Card Service Charge which are shown on your voucher and an additional handling charge of THB100.
• If the notification of cancellation is received 1-2 working days (not including Sat., Sun. & public holidays) prior to the check-in date, then your payment will be refunded except for the Order Service Charge and the Credit Card Service Charge which are show on your voucher and a charge equal to half of the nightly rate of the reserved room(s).
• If the notification of cancellation is received less than 1 working day (not including Sat., Sun. & public holidays) prior to the check-in date, then your payment will be refunded except for the Order Service Charge and the Credit Card Service Charge which are shown on your voucher and a charge equal to the nightly rate of the reserved room(s).
Please note that if you do not make a cancellation and do not show up at the hotel, then your payment will not be refunded.
